1. Introduction
Welcome to Y Shin Design & Build. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between our company and our clients regarding the provision of construction, renovation, and design services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided
Y Shin Design & Build offers services including but not limited to residential and commercial construction, interior and exterior design, renovations, and project management. The scope of services shall be outlined in a formal contract before the commencement of any project.

3. Quotation and Payment

  • All quotations provided by Y Shin Design & Build are valid for a specified period as mentioned in the quotation document.

  • A deposit is required before the commencement of work, with the balance payable in agreed-upon installments or upon project completion.

  • Payment terms, including due dates and methods, will be outlined in the contract.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges or project suspension.

4. Project Timelines

  • Estimated project completion dates are provided based on initial assessments. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, permit approvals, material shortages, or force majeure events may impact the timeline.

  • Y Shin Design & Build is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding their project requirements and ensure site access for construction activities.

  • Necessary permits and approvals must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Changes and Modifications

  • Any changes to the project scope must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional costs and timeline adjustments.

  • Y Shin Design & Build reserves the right to refuse modifications that are impractical or outside the agreed project scope.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Y Shin Design & Build provides a warranty period for workmanship as specified in the contract.

  • We are not responsible for damages arising from misuse, third-party modifications, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract under specific conditions outlined in the agreement.

  • In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for completed work and materials purchased up to that point.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as per the governing laws applicable.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company operates.

11. Amendments
Y Shin Design & Build reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
